2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription Plans

BannerBuddy offers various subscription plans providing access to premium poster templates without watermarks. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected duration (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly). Subscription features, limits, and pricing are subject to change, but changes will not affect active, fully paid subscription periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not:

• Automate the downloading of posters through scraping or bots.
• Resell, distribute, or sub-license the posters generated without explicit permission.
• Upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate firm logos or details.
• Attempt to bypass our watermark or subscription restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

All poster designs, templates, graphics, and the platform code are the intellectual property of BannerBuddy. Your subscription grants you a license to download and share the generated personalized posters for your professional marketing. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying designs to you.

6. Payments and Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site. You agree to promptly update account and payment information. We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made via the site.

7. Service Availability

We strive to ensure high availability of BannerBuddy, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or due to unforeseen technical issues.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BannerBuddy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
