Thank you for choosing BannerBuddy. We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our policies regarding subscription purchases, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Subscription Purchases

BannerBuddy provides a digital SaaS platform that generates personalized posters instantly. Because of the nature of digital goods and immediate access to our premium features (such as watermark removal and high-quality downloads), all sales are considered final once the payment is processed and the subscription is activated.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances. We may grant a refund if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
  • The service is entirely unavailable for an extended period (exceeding 72 hours) immediately after your purchase, preventing you from generating any posters.
  • You have not downloaded a single poster since the subscription was activated, and you request the refund within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • You change your mind after using the service and downloading premium posters.
  • You forgot to cancel an auto-renewing subscription (if applicable) before the renewal date.
  • You are unsatisfied with specific poster designs (we add new designs weekly).
  • You violate our Terms of Service resulting in account termination.

4. Billing Issues

If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and process a refund or credit adjustment if the error was on our end. Disputes filed via payment gateways before contacting support may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your premium benefits until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
